Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Sentinel Academy. By creating an account you agree to be bound by them.

Enrollment

Each enrollment is for a single individual and yields one certificate upon successful completion. Sharing accounts is grounds for revocation.

Certificates are generated automatically only after course completion and exam approval. Duplicate requests require manual instructor approval.

Violations of monitored exam conditions immediately halt the exam and require instructor approval to retake.

Refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment provided no course module has been accessed.
