Privacy & Monitoring Consent

By enrolling in any Sentinel Academy course you acknowledge and consent to webcam and screen monitoring as described below. Monitoring is required to preserve the integrity of credentials issued by the Academy.

Webcam Monitoring

Your camera must be enabled before any course or exam session begins. Identity snapshots are captured at session start and at random intervals during exams to match the government ID on file.

Screen Recording (Exams)

Examination sessions are screen-recorded in full. Tab switching, window focus loss, copy/paste, and minimization end the exam immediately and require trainer approval to retake.

Data Storage & Review

Recordings are stored encrypted and reviewed only by authorized instructors and Academy administrators. Records are retained for the lifetime of the certificate plus seven years.

Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw consent at any time by ceasing participation. Active enrollments forfeit tuition per our Terms.
